Likewise, the case law of the highest courts has increasingly put the consumer in a more favorable position (keyword "immorality of spousal guarantees"). The importance of capital investment law has also increased considerably. The strong growth in the financial services industry is increasingly leading to cases in which investors have been inadequately informed or even misled about the crucial circumstances of the investment project. Investors often do not know that high demands are placed on providers of investment projects with regard to their obligation to provide information and advice.
